How to always be healthy!

Nowadays we usually get sick and catch colds. So How can we be healthy every day? Follow this advice:

-You should sleep well all night. If you can't sleep, you can listen to chill out music.

-Don't meet a person who is sick. If you met one, you would walk two meters away.

-Think about the weather and choose your clothes, If It is cold, You have to wear a coat

-Eat healthy food (If you  don't know to cook, you can go to a healthy restaurant) for example: fish with vegetables and bread

-Try to drink two liters of water a day, because your body needs water for many things

-Maybe you could do exercise three times a week and if you want to be stronger you should do exercise five times a week

Just use some of these tips and you won't often get sick
